CATERING

Events held at the Gallery are to be professionally catered. It is essential that caterers are familiar with our facilities, able to keep to strict set-up and pack-out times and still maintain high standards.

In-house catering is offered as follows:

Morning & Afternoon teas:     $8.50 +gst per head

Coffee & tea only:                     $3.00 +gst per head

An external caterer will need to be arranged by the hirer for groups of more than 40 and all events requiring luncheon.

Corkage:                                      $4.00 +gst per head

All food and beverage requirements are to be arranged directly with the caterer and confirmed with the Gallery’s Functions Co-ordinator.

Cash bar:

The Gallery is fully licensed and happy to arrange a cash bar for most
events. 

BEVERAGES

The Gallery’s preferred vineyard is Quartz Reef. People using the Gallery for functions are offered a generous discount on wine bought directly from Quartz Reef.

In addition, clients who purchase their wine from Quartz Reef are not charged corkage fees for their events.
